You hold the keys to being free
How do thoughts and experiences of fear, doubts, hurt, pain, jealousy, anxiety, anger, begin to have power over us? It is when we create names, labels, focus our thoughts on it more and more. It makes it more real and creates it into energy that binds to us. Creating false perceptions in our mind space that this will happen if I do this.
There is freedom from this bondage that you can self-impose yourself. How?
You hold the keys to it.
It is when you quiet your mind space, let go of the labels, and just observe, the shackles begin to fall away into the abyss.
Fear, hurt, pain, doubts, they do not have power over us. It is a lower vibrational level of thoughts and feelings that you do not need to live by. Your being is on a higher vibrational plane. Your being is made of LOVE. LOVE is on a higher vibrational plane than any other emotion out there. Love is an emotion that truly heals at the cellular level.

How do you quiet the noise? Through breath and meditation. As you focus on your breath and focus on the feelings of gratitude, everything else can fall away. It takes practice

Another tip is to shift your thoughts. Abraham hicks says it takes 17 seconds to shift your thoughts into a higher vibe state. So think of something else. Turn on your happy music and sing. Focus on LOVE, like what you love or what bring you gratitude.
